This is Fiverr Rules issue. When you use some keyword like: s***e, Email, Payment. Then Fiverr will set a reminder massage, so you don't do or break their Terms and Conditions. If everything is fine, then there won't be any issue.

Make sure- Don't ask any direct payment or outside communication. Then you will get warning. Even your Fiverr account could be restricted.
