uk1000
If someone flagged the gig for copyright they'd look into it. They don't seem to have an automatic flag for it. If it was a very unique title they might do something about it if reported to them/flagged. But there are over a hundred gigs called "I will do modern minimalist logo design" so they're probably not going to do anything if someone creates a general/common gig like that I think. There are only so many ways to say some things. They're more likely to check (if reported etc.) gig description copying. This page: https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/integrity-authenticity says: It is prohibited to: Quote Copy Gig descriptions, packages, and/or other content from another user’s Gig listing or their profile page Fiverr's TOS at https://www.fiverr.com/legal-portal/legal-terms/terms-of-service does say: Quote Gigs and/or users may be removed by Fiverr from the Site for violations of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials: ...
