Can two people from the same house start selling on Fiverr

Hi,

I am a seller on Fiverr and now, even my family member wants to start selling on fiverr. Our IP address might be same as we use the same WIFI connection. Is it fine with Fiverr guidelines if two people from the same IP address open seller account. Our selling categories will be totally different, he is a lawyer so he will be having gigs only under legal category, and I don't have any gigs under legal category and neither plan to do, if he wants can he start selling on Fiverr?
