Seems like, you couldn't get a good private feedback (If some one is leaving a 4.7 publicly, imagine the private).

There is no specific time to get orders. Also, staying active all the time or at specific times have nothing to do with the orders. 

You need to keep an eye on your clicks and impressions to see the performance of your gigs.
