Everything says that I am active, however, nobody can find me and when I try and send a message to myself I get "This service is not available?" How can I speak to a human about this? all I get from my support emails "your gig is active" PLEASE HELP this is so frustrating and it has to be something simple that I have done wrong in the setup.
