I deliver my work and my client not responding what to do in fiverr ?

Two days have gone by since I delivered the work. the delivery is on time. it will effect my gig ?

After 3 days order will be automatically marked as completed unless the client requests an order modification.

It won't effect your gig. If buyer doesn't reach out in three days the order will mark completed automatically however if buyer reaches you after completion and if buyer wants any revision you should revise it as per buyer requirements and deliver it in inbox..
