I lose my completion rate due to cancellation

Hi,
I am Kabeer.
Recently I had a problem that new client who booked an order without talking to me but the work was too much and the price was too low against it.
He couldn't afford so he told me to cancel but I didn't know how to cancel, and when he canceled the order, my completion rate went to 50% from 100%.
I don't know how to get it back; the client is offline for 3 days.
how to get back my 100%.
Help me Please

Hi Kabeer,

It happens to the best of us--I've had several would-be clients misunderstand the gig offering, order accidentally, etc. Send a ticket to support and they will review the conversations and hopefully rule in your favor. I understand it's especially tough as a new seller as even one bad rating can severely affect your numbers, but in the long run, if you stick with the platform and provide excellent service, it will work out.
