If Today I am start my vacation mode ON that what about my current running orders ?

You still must complete any remaining orders. They will not magically disappear. So please do not neglect your customers by going on vacation and not completing all of your work. Vacation mode is simply to prevent any NEW orders from coming in.

Agree with Norrsken, You have to complete current running orders, vacation mode can only help to stop new orders and secure your ranking. So finish orders and enjoy vacations. best of luck !
