Home page flexibility

I am new to fiverr and I see other homepages with multiple options, different price points. there is nothing in my dashboard that allows me to create the same flexibility and options to buyers. What am I missing?

You are a new member, and advanced options like Extras become available at higher levels. If you get 10 Gigs, are a member for a month, and have good ratings you will promote to level 1 and get Extras available.
