I have a job to do and client already payed by Credit Card and i need help

The customer made the payment via credit card, but I didn't have a global card, so I created it in a digital global bank, but when I try to register the card, I've already tried more than once... either it keeps processing forever or else it points out that the card account must have a balance of at least 200 EUR to be effective, but I created it now, I don't have that balance... I no longer know what to do, I will end up losing the customer and consequently work and money. what should I do?

No they didn't. It's a scammer. That isn't how ordering works. They're trying to scam you. Don't enter any card details. You don't need to enter card details to work on an order. They haven't ordered. Orders show up on your dashboard page.

That whole page is a fake scam page and not the Fiverr site. You can contact your bank or whatever you might have transferred any $ from or do something if they've got access to your card info.
