Fiverr account got deranked with out any reason

It's like 3 months that my account got deranked. I have completed all my orders with 5 stars even some of client gave me tips as well but I don't know why Fiverr deranked my account...and when I have contacted customer support the didn't give the suitable answer...can any one help me please??

That's primarily because some clients gave negative "Private reviews" on your recent orders. It can also be because of the gig rotation policy of Fiverr. 

Try changing your gig titles, keywords, and descriptions to see if you get better impressions, and also try to respond to new messages as possible, and see if your regular clients have some projects in the pipeline that you can work on.
