I hope all of you are doing well. I'm a citizen of Bangladesh. My Payoneer account was blocked and I can't fix the blocking issue.
So, can I add my mother's Payoneer account for the Fiverr withdrawal method?

or have any option to withdraw without Payoneer?

You can add a bank account or paypal. But you don't have any gigs on your 8 year old fiverr account. Could you explain this please ?

Hello there, Why did Payoneer block you? Did you provide incorrect information there, or did you not undergo identity verification there?

No. it is violent fiverr terms and conditions. 
account information and Fiverr information must be the same
