Fiverr account permanently disabled

My account was disabled 3 months ago due to violation of fiverr terms of service, so last week I got a mail to withdraw all my fund within 7 days but I was unable to do that because I wasn't getting any verification code from fiverr, few hours ago I got another mail that my account has been disabled again with my fund in it that I can withdraw my withheld fund after 90days, will Still reopen my account after another 90 days? Please I need more light on this. Thanks

This is a bit complicated. I am not sure what are your rights at the moment, since there were multiple restrictions/blocks, but I will contact CS and share your ticket with them so they can respond to you ASAP.

Probably you won't get unblocked, but I will do my best so that you can get your money.
