How to reply to a message,when you can't!?!

Hey guys,



I wonder, if anyone else has come up against this??



I had two messages from different people today, and when I attempt to read and reply to the messages, I get the following message from fiverr at the top of the screen:

For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly.

So, I can’t read the message and I can’t reply!!!



Help anyone?
