Your gig may have been denied for violating Fiverr's terms of service in some type of way. You should've gotten an email from Fiverr explaining the situation, and If not I suggest contacting customer support.

Your Gig is denied due to some specific reasons and it mentions very well why it was denied. So you should read the message that Fiverr sent you in the notification box and check what you did wrong then try to make effective corrections with that.

It looks like that your account is under-review because I am unable to find your account. Check Fiverr's emails again. They must have explained everything to you there.
