Custom logo requests

Hey there! This is more a feature request for Fiverr, but wondering if others have had this issue as well—

I've gotten some messages from people looking at logos in the logo maker and they are requesting some customizations that are not available in the builder. They usually message something along the lines of "Can you make this logo with xyz" suggesting that they are on a page looking at the logo, then clicking message. But when I receive the message, there's no indication of what they were looking at and we have to go back and forth to try to find which logo they were talking about. 

Is there a way to automatically include a link or image to the logo the customer was looking at prior to messaging? Or if not, can there be some copy to instruct them to include a screenshot themselves?

It can be a bit of a hassle when customers request customizations without specifying the logo they're referring to. Adding a link or a screenshot option would definitely be handy for both buyers and sellers.

It sounds like you're having a challenge with clients requesting logo customizations from logo creators on Fiverr. Hope you got it....
