Honestly confused by #7 😆

Hey there! This is more a feature request for Fiverr, but wondering if others have had this issue as well— I've gotten some messages from people looking at logos in the logo maker and they are requesting some customizations that are not available in the builder. They usually message something along the lines of "Can you make this logo with xyz" suggesting that they are on a page looking at the logo, then clicking message. But when I receive the message, there's no indication of what they were looking at and we have to go back and forth to try to find which logo they were talking about. Is there a way to automatically include a link or image to the logo the customer was looking at prior to messaging? Or if not, can there be some copy to instruct them to include a screenshot themselves?

Sometimes including a slogan may alter the placement of the icon and/or Brand Name. Is it best to separate this into 2 variations — one aligned for just the logo + brand name and one that aligns all three? Or keep all three in one and hope the user will realign the brand name themselves if they do not include a slogan?
