Which means that the minimum price you can choose is the $20. I think this is part of Fiverr update for some categories

It is fiverr new update. you can't pay less than price $20

This is an update from Fiverr that the basic price package is fixed according to different categories of services. So you have to start with the basic price package that Fiverr mentions.
