I have cancelled one order and my Order completion rate downed to 100% to 88% ... what is the reason ?

Reason of order cancellation? If you have not used a "Deliver Now" button for your project delivery or order was placed by mistake then you can contact Fiverr Support, discuss with them. They will adjust your stats based on the criteria.
