Download Speed on Fiverr is almost zero :( Sharing files is a mess

So I do video editing and clients usually share files via Fiverr's own attach files feature. The problem I am having for a while is the download speed from fiverr is almost zero or just a few kb/s.

Anyone else facing this issue?

No. I have been download the heavy files too but never faced any issue and files are getting downloaded at good speed as well.. Probably it's your internet connection issue. Check it.
