I have a payoneer withdrawal stuck in process status since nov 3rd.

Where did you see that message?

Can anyone else confirm, where to find that message? 

Support have not replied yet and I am still waiting for my funds

Ya it looks like they experienced a technical issue on the 3rd. Here's the status page link:

As for the message from the initial post, it appears on the support page:

https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch

But it also says there that the issue has been corrected and that the payments should arrive shortly, so don't worry, I am sure you'd receive your funds soon.
