Promotion gig

I recently did changes with my gig description. I have noticed drastically drop in ranking. 
Is this normal ? or it will be re-indexed and then rank again.

Yes. It's normal. Editing gig always loss your ranking. Try to collect some positive reviews as soon as possible.

Hi,
When do we get promotion on fiverr. Support told: 

 to get your Gig approved for promotion, it has to meet the following criteria:
• You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated or Pro seller.
• Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating. 
• Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. Pro Gigs require only 5 reviews. 
• You meet additional quality metrics.

But I know few sellers they got promotion in just 10-15 reviews.

Is there any other criteria?

Suppose I am standing in a line.

If I left the line for an urgent job, I have to stand in the line again.

The ranking is exactly the same if the gig is edited

Why I got this  type of review, there are only 2 metrics. CAn anyone help? Although its 5star

The third metric "value for money" which is part of the new review process (which is being beta tested right now) is missing in this review!! 

Either it has been removed since many sellers opposed the idea or your buyer didn't rate your gig on this metric.

The rating and review is now published on your profile and this Gig. The rating breakdown scores will be updated on your profile and Gig in the coming weeks.

They plan to merge new ratings with old ones - not sure how and when!! This is why we have this disclaimer.
