Promoted gigs works or not?

I have been on fiverr for the last one and a half years but this year I was inactive for a few months and back from fiverr I started promoting one of my gigs but it has not resulted in any orders though. Clicking on it and the impression also I want to know about whether it works properly or not.

It works properly but depending on the amount of competitors you are facing the result may vary. Also, have you tired updating your gig?

Promoted gig work. It will gig you click and impression from buyer. But not surly bring sell. Sell will generated based on your gig image, gig description, gig price, your communication etc.
