Since when did fiverr not allow express gigs to be featured?

Last week one of my gigs was featured on the home page and it was an express gig. Last night i sent a message to fiverr support asking for them to review my other gig and they replied back saying express gigs cannot be featured. I explained to him how one of my gigs was featured last week that is express and he said they changed the terms of use…
