Payoneer Account on Fiverr

Hello, I have a question regarding withdraw money from fiverr using Payoneer. Issue is, I have no any Payoneer account . I submitted my application on payoneer to open account .Now its been a week but there is no response from payoneer about opening account. And its very urgent to withdraw money .

Now my question is:
My brother has its own payoneer account which is not yet linked to any fiverr account. So can I use that to withdraw money ? And also, whenever my Payoneer account getting verified so can I able to change that account by my own payoneer account?

Well you can only have a single Fiverr account and a single Payoneer account. I don't think Fiverr will allow you to change your Payoneer account. I suggest you wait to activate yours and then use it directly. Using your brother's account might lead to problems down the line. So always use your own accounts!
