My account is active. but not any gig is in market place.

Question

I had a client from Australia. once his work is done. he refused to pay. and kept sending his order in revision, when I contacted to customer support. they asked neither they can help in cancel nor in accepting the delivery. day later. they denied my that specific gig related to that order. after 15 days being bullied by that client. my account has been restricted. I didn't get?What was wrong from my side. that I have to suffer this way

I understand you, I had a negative evaluation from a single customer (who accepted the price for a map and a price for each version of the map, but when it came time to pay for the versions of the map he didn't want to, I sent him 3 versions that he didn't even pay and even so he gave me a negative evaluation) my services were always on the first to fifth page, which is acceptable, but after that he ended up on the nineteenth, behind services done less than a week ago and without any positive evaluation, This is directly affecting my sales.
