If I make my all gig in one category as new selller is there any issue?

Yes you can!

You can create multiple gigs in same category but in different niches.

eg. If you are a graphic designer and your category is "graphic design" then you can create "corporate banner gig" "social media banner" "standy banner gig" "etc"

There are a lot of sellers doing that but actually service-related category choice is best.
