What do I do for a false feedback-boosting violation?

Question

I'm getting false feedback boosting violations again. I've never done anything wrong. The first time they missed it without giving a permanent solution. I have not placed such fake orders but they are saying that I have placed fake orders. This is a joke. I call CS but they don't seem to give a solution. What do I do with this? Either their algorithm is a problem. Can I request to manually check my profile and orders?

Hi @supun_g You can attempt to reach out to Customer Support and explain the situation to them. If you did not engage in Feedback Manipulation, they MAY remove the warning from your account.

I have experienced this on my account as well. Customer Support assisted me 3 out of 4 times, so it is worth a shot to ask them for help. Just remember to be polite and explain the situation in detail. Hope you are able to fix the situation!
