Buyer is asking for refund

I just came up with this messy situation the buyer approved my delivery and rate me 5 star now after a week he changes his mind asking me to I don't like this and need refund  is my order canceled by from support team?

1. Reach out to customer support before the buyer does (to be safe).

2. Keep all your chats and necessary evidence ready (well prepared in a PDF) explaining that the work you have done is as per the buyer's requirements and why it can not be refunded.

Reach out to the buyer and Fiverr support and explain the complete situation.

This is not right.  

After 7 day if she or he do not like the work it’s not your fault. I thik you need to take support from fiver.

Thanks for your suggestion so here what happened. I have reached customer support with all the evidence but they asked that buyer is saying that you didn't complete his job but to be honest I have completed his job he extended 5 days for more clarifications before he approved after five days he came up with saying you have done a great job he approved my delivery and rated me five star.. then he disappeared he came up after 10 days with saying and I need a refund. and he cancelled the order. Once a person told me that in Fiverr the buyer is always right hence approved so fellow members be aware from such type of people

I think if there's an issue with the work that you provided you should send him a refund!
