Ghosted by freelancer on Fiverr :/

Has anyone been ghosted by a freelancer on here? We were working on some final edits for a design then all of a sudden their account is gone, along with my money...

This could be a reason of the freelancer ID getting disabled by Fiverr, or may be due to some other reason.

They should be able to assist you appropriately.

You should be able to get a refund from Fiverr, even if the freelancer's account is gone or under restriction by Fiverr. Freelancers don't get paid until there is a delivery made (and the order is accepted or auto-closes).
