If you do not use your account on both laptops then I think there will be no problem as far as I know.

first of all check fiverr spelling then I can suggest you that you can use your fiverr account in any device. if there is not available any other account. Multiple account using is a problem you can use only one account personally and honestly it is good to use single account , device is nothing for this matter I think.

I ran into a login snag changing laptops. If you change to another pc, sync your browser and have the password ready. If you try to reset pw on a new PC, problems may arise.

Changing your laptop should not cause any problems. Your Fiverr account is tied to your username and password, not your specific device

Using multiple account is a problem but using multiple device is not a problem.

So you can change your laptop without any kind of hesitation about your fiverr account.
