Can't my payoneer to fiver.

I am trying to connect my payoneer account to Fiver for the first time, but at the very initial step when I click it asks for the 4 digits verification code sent to the mobile. I wait for the code but I recieve it late while the submision time ends before that. What I need to do?

I think your mobile network problem and you have to move another place.
