Can I add Bank account other name in my own Fiverr account?

Listen, my Fiverr profile/account name is Nir,, it's my own seller account.

  Now I want to add my father's payoneer bank account for money transfer.

  Now I want to know, even though I have my own account, can I use or add my father's bank account?  If I add my father's bank account to my own Fiverr account, will there be any effect or problem on my Fiverr account?

If you have your won account then add it. You have no change to change it in future.
