My account got a warning for sending buyers messages to promote my gig. I extremely apologize because I was not aware that it was against the rules. I thought it as a way of marketing. I am a professional staff and hope to get my warning removed. I ensure you that I will never repeat this mistake.

This is forum, not customer support. None of us here can remove your warning.

And as far as I know, warnings don't get removed.

As long as you don't do it again (and don't commit another violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service), you should be fine.
