Fiverr doesn't let me lower the price of my gig below 40$???

I'm trying to start selling my writing services but Fiverr won't let me set a price lower than 40$ (which is ridiculous, I won't be getting any clients for that price being a newbie). PLease HELP

What category is that? Because there are a plethora of writers that charge $5 or $10.
