Last week, a business client messaged me and was interested in my gig, then I asked him for the details of the design he wanted, he said he wanted an illustration of a dragon in a box. After that I asked if he had a reference design and he never replied to my message again, I was very confused.

Hi @sahhart, sometimes buyers will "disappear" in the middle of a conversation. This happens often and for many reasons - the buyer may be reaching out to several sellers, had a change of plans, or got busy with something else in their life.

In any case, it means the buyer isn't ready to place an order. Just leave the conversation as is, and if the buyer ever wants to pick up where he left off, he can.

This is normal. Some buyers are just asking casually for information, just like we would do with road side vendors.
