UNABLE TO CREATE EXTRA GIGS

I am unable to create a gig, I just returned back to Fiverr, so I polished up my existing gigs and created a couple new ones (I currently have 7 active gigs), the site is no longer letting me create additional gigs.
When I click "create a new gig" the site, simply just refreshes.
I have waited 24hrs and tried again, and still having the same issue.
What could be the issue?

  New Seller - Create up to 7 active Gigs

Level 1 Seller - Create up to 10 active Gigs

Level 2 Seller - Create up to 20 active Gigs

Top rated seller - Create up to 30 active Gigs

 

For creating 10 Gigs you need to be a Level 1 Seller. Seems like you are still not a Level 1 Seller. If you are then kindly contact Customer Care they will help you. Thanks
