Where is the button to respond to a review as a seller?

I want to respond to a really good review I got today but I cannot find the button to reply to it. I've replied to the seller and it's on the seller profile, but not under the review. How are people responding?

Check the bottom part of your Order Page, there will be a Reviews section.
