Response rate going down automatically

Even though I am not getting messages from new buyers, my response rate is going down automatically. Is there any way to solve this issue?

It happen because Fiverr take in consideration last 60 days ...

Is it  60 or last 7 days????? @venonusa . In fiverr app it shows that last 7 days impression. Let me know. Thanks

Last 7 days is regarding the statistics... the 60 days are regarding the "response rate"  Fiverr are taking in consideration.

Check Spam Folder then. There might be spam messages there. Reply to them like Hi then Block them if they are really spam messages.

You can use the Auto Reply feature to fix your response rate. It will automatically shoot a reply when you get a new message from any buyer at any time.
