Why do my gig pics look blurry?

Hello guys, a couple of weeks ago I started my gig and I have got a problem with the pics. They all look blurry. I looked around on this forum and saw some old topics about it and I tried following the different tips I read there (tried different formats, different sizes, different resolutions) but the results are always the same.
Some say it is a Fiverr problem, others say it is a solvable problem.

Is there any update regardind this topic? Has a solution been found? 

this is my gig as reference, I'd really love to get rid of this problem since I'm a graphic designer and for sure blurry pics are not a good first impression 😂
