Delivery Error



I have a buyer disputing an order because the edits I made (via Track Changes in MS Word) are showing erroneously on her end. For example, I changed a word from capitalized to lowercase. On her end, it shows as the first letter being deleted altogether, while on my end, it shows the edited word. 

I have no idea how to proceed with this, because I did the work correctly and delivered it early, but she isn't seeing that work. 

Any ideas or advice?

Transform the correct file to PDF. That way it should appear the same in both cases. 

Or you can start a new Word file and paste the correct content there. You might want to go through the TXTFormat tool in order to remove any weird formatting problems.
