Gig Extras are disabled due to this gig's low rating?

I just got A+++ feedback from one of my gig then suddenly a message pop-up “Gig Extras and Multiple orders are disabled due to this gig’s low rating” why? I just received my very first feedback for my ebook cover gig then in an instant my extras are gone.

The issue has been resolved. I think there is a bug.
