Hi, I really want to know if anyone has improved their success score from 4 or onwards. Since the new system was launched, my success score has been at 4, and I dropped from Level 2 to Level 0. Despite doing everything to improve—multiple 5-star reviews, tips, big orders, timely delivery, and providing the best possible services during my 6 years of experience on Fiverr—my score remains stuck at 4. Now, my promoted gig options have been taken away. I have completed more than 2000 orders, yet this month I got 0 sales. I would really like to know any tips or advice. Thank you.

Same issue with me. It's not updating at all since the new system launched. And CS won't give you a proper answer. How hard it is to get to Level 1 with the new system, no one knows.

Well, I think everyone is stuck on this point. I still haven't gotten any solid answer for this. After researching, reaching out to the best sellers, and trying everything, nothing has helped. I believe even the customer support is confused and doesn't know the exact reason. It is an AI that predicts these scores, and I believe there must be some glitches or bugs in the AI system. Otherwise, what is happening is simply not possible.

My success score now 8

How did you improve it? Was it initially lower? I think it also depends on the number of orders on the gig. If there are a lot of orders completed on the gig, it will be difficult to improve compared to one with fewer orders.

Continuous efforts make perfection.

No one can wait for ages; life doesn't give us the freedom to spend a few months without any sales. If there are any footprints to follow, it would be great. If you're doing everything right and still tells you the reason might be private feedback, it doesn't sound good—it feels fishy.

You are right. No doubt you made concrete efforts. Some times we miss a simple basic point in platform hidden policies. you can get help from fiver support articles.
