Your account has been flagged

Question

Hey Fiverr community, I have been using Fiverr for 3 years without any warning. The first time I received it an hour ago, I remember I didn't do anything I do not have multiple accounts, nor use any abusive language or misleading information, I really don't know how can I get this warning, Please respond if anyone can make me understand.

It says "if you have any questions or concerns..." to reach out to the support team at the link they gave you. So if they haven't specified more clearly what the service was and what the issue was (eg. in a notification/email) then you can contact them there (at the help centre, with a support ticket) to ask.

In most cases, Fiverr will let you know why you have been flagged. To see the reason you have been flagged, try this:Click on the circle with Question Mark next to your profile Picture (Assuming you are using a PC or Mac). Then follow this sequence: 'Contact Support'>'Selling on Fiverr'> 'Account & Security'>'Account Issues'> 'Got Warning'. Once you click the 'Got a warning' option, you will find a message explaining why your account has been flagged. I hope this helps.
