Unsuccessful review attempt

Question

A buyer intended to leave me a review, but informed me of a system failure that caused the page to abruptly close and prevented access to the option. With this new interface, where does one find the means to post a review if unable to do so previously? As the buyer is currently unable to locate the option. The customer reached out to support, but I would like to assist in locating the option.

I am uncertain whether a glitch has occurred or the option is not present in this novel interface. Fiverr is experiencing numerous setbacks due to the changes it is implementing.

Locate the order page? If they can't find it through the Fiverr website, maybe they can through the browser history (shortcut ctrl+h on keyboard).
