Fiverr ID verification

Hi, hope you all are having a good weekend.

I recently received fiverr identity verification notification.
I tried with the ID card and selfie. But unfortunately my first tries were completed and ID was not verified due to not following the process and clear photos.

I contacted support , then fiverr support guided me and enabled the verification again for me.
Now I have submitted the ID card and selfie properly but not received any notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of ID this time.

Is there anyone else who faced this issue or help in this regard.

The same thing happened to me. I have been talking to Fiverr support for 2 weeks. The selfie function to take a picture to verify doesn't work. Its backwards and sideways. I even sent a video of it not working. And now, my account is under review.

Same thing for me the camera goes sideways and my account is now restricted.
