Can i ask Fiverr customer support to remove the Payoneer linked account with my Fiverr currently disabled account? And can I connect that payoneer account with any new fiverr account afterward?

No. Only 1 Fiverr account is allowed.

If your Fiverr account was disabled, you need the permission from Customer Support to open a new one, otherwise your new account will get disabled, too.

And if your account was disabled for breaking the rules, it's highly unlikely Customer Support would allow you to open a new one.
