Customer support asks me to extend delivery date. Why should I extend for no fault of mine? My order would go late if buyer does not respond to the extension but basically for the fault of buyer why does CS ask me to extend the delivery? If they don't extend the delivery time and are not responsive, then you should contact CS again and hopefully the'll cancel the order on their behalf. Maybe client is new or busy with another work.. If you extend time then their has a possibility to come back.
