multiple accounts Different accounts

Hello

My sisters is graduated in Human nutrition and dietetics. Second one is Master's in Information technology  I want to create Fiverr for both of them. 
I have few questions if someone can answer. It will be great help. 

Question 1: We have one internet connection. Can we run three accounts under one wifi?
Question 2: They will use my Laptop to manage their accounts. It is acceptable ?
Question 3: I already providing services as a Mobile engineer, website developer. My sister is expert in Website development using React JS technology. I have gig for react js website already can she create her own gig under her own account for website development using React Js?
