Buyer Not responding Issue-Expert Guidance Required

Hi, can you guide me, i do provide training at Zoom sessions, one of clients bought my 1-hour Zoom Session and time was agreed,

on meeting day I sent a Zoom link to the customer 5-min before the meeting time, but despite of waiting for 1-hour buyers not responded and texted once that he is waiting for meeting link, thereafter i texted him repeatedly to join the meeting but buyer not responded... (all chat was in order box)

After that time lapse i as waited for 1-hour session therefore i competed the order but buyer asked for revision stating that I started the meeting late by 10-mins (which is wrong ), Customer support is insisting me to re-schedule the session and i did the same but still buyer is not responding.

So as it is effecting my stats Plz do suggest to me what to do ? Your prompt suggestion is appreciated
